INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This information describes the processing of personal data entered or collected on the site https://calierspa.com/ and is made pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter " GDPR ") and the applicable national legislation on privacy and protection of personal data.

IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

REA: TO – 1220667, of the Company Register, e-mail: info@calierspa.com (hereinafter “ CALIER SPA ” or the “ Company ” or “ Owner ”).

In the event that the Data Controller makes use of managers or sub-managers of the treatment pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, the updated list of data processors and data processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.

THE OWNER OF THE TREATMENT
The Data Controller of the personal data collected is Calier SPA.

COLLECTED DATA
The personal data processed is collected as provided directly by the interested party or provided automatically.
The data provided directly by the interested party are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any way, directly by the interested party. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed:
- list of collected data: name, surname, email
The data collected automatically are navigation data. Although these data are not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, they could indirectly, through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller, allow their identification. In particular:
-IP address
- browsers and navigation devices
Following the sending of the newsletter, the platform used makes it possible to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details relating to the IP address and the browser/device used. The collection of this data is essential for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the heading Methods of Treatment) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The data is processed exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected, as described below.
We use the data provided by the interested parties to:
send promotional emails, only in the case of specific consent from the user, to allow access to specific and additional services such as the sending of future information and promotional communications via email or by electronic means.

The provision of the data listed in the "Collected Data" section for the purposes referred to in points n. it is mandatory to allow the user to access the service. For this reason, consent is mandatory and any refusal to process or failure, inaccuracy or partial provision of data could result in the impossibility of a correct provision of the service.
The provision of data for the purpose of sending newsletters for promotional, informational or research purposes is optional and the refusal to give the relative consent to the processing will make it impossible to be updated on commercial initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, to receive offers or other promotional material and/or to send you personalized offers. Calier SPA does not provide any of the users' information to third parties without their consent, except where required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU area is excluded.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
The interested party can revoke his consent to receive promotional and commercial communications immediately, by sending a request to the email address info@calierspa.com or by clicking on the appropriate unsubscribe link that he can find in the footer of each promotional and commercial email received.

METHODS OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in any case providing for the annual verification of the stored data in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for archiving obligations .
Data processing usually takes place at the headquarters of the Calier SPA company, by personnel or external collaborators duly designated as data processors. The complete list of data processors and personal data processors can be requested by sending a specific request to the email address info@calierspa.com
The registration and the relative treatment are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, present in each email, or after 12 months from the last communication of which he has evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 GDPR each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain from [insert the owner] the indication:
- of the origin of the personal data;
- the purpose and methods of treatment;
- the logic applied in the event of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic/computer tools;
- the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative;
- of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain from the company
- updating, rectification or integration of personal data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
- access to one's own data, i.e. the confirmation that personal data concerning him is or is not being processed;
- the limitation of the treatment,
- data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data concerning him in a structured format;
- right to complain to the Supervisory Authority.
Finally, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. In particular, the interested party has the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending commercial advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The requests referred to in the previous points must be sent via email to info@calierspa.com

UPDATES AND CHANGES
The company reserves the right to periodically modify, supplement or update this information in compliance with the applicable legislation or the provisions adopted by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
The aforementioned changes or additions will be brought to the attention of the interested parties via a link to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will be communicated directly to the interested parties by email.
