SQUATS the right way

The SQUAT is a complete and very effective physical exercise, since

⚒ tones and strengthens the muscles of the lower limbs (thighs, quadriceps, glutes, calves), abdominals and lumbars;

⚒ involves the general increase in muscle mass of the whole body (it's a resistance exercise);

⚒ prevents osteoporosis as it promotes bone density increase and increases the elasticity and thickness of ligaments, tendons and connective tissue.

2 precautions necessary for the correct execution of the exercise: keep your gaze fixed forward (it helps to maintain the correct position, coordination, balance), practice the squat without lifting your heels off the ground (allows you to avoid damage to the knee joints ).
