SOOTHING AND MOISTURIZING BATH. RECIPE
For a soothing and hydrating bath, you'll need:
- lemon balm herb,
- peppermint leaves,
- motherwort grass (heart),
- linden flowers,
- magnesium salt,
- lavender essential oil (for particularly serious problems with sleep).
During the day, make an infusion of herbs in a thermos so that some properties are not lost even with the steam (do not leave a drop for the enemy).
Add a teaspoon of each herb, or using a filter bag, to a 1.5 liter thermos of 80 degree water.
Prepare a warm bath with a comfortable room temperature.
If the water is hard, dissolve 20 grams of ascorbic acid in 50 litres.
Pour 200 grams of magnesium salt, wait for it to melt and add the infusion to the tub.
At this point, put a little elixir so that a thin layer of oil forms on the surface of the water plus 5-10 drops of lavender oil.
Before diving, take a shower and cleanse your skin thoroughly with our ScrubIT .
Relax in the tub for about half an hour, then come out gently and without rinsing, wrapping yourself in a soft robe or large cozy towel. Do not wash away the remaining layer on the skin but rather, let the excess soak into the cotton fibers well.
CAUTION: Never stand up abruptly. You may need help from a caring husband.
Postpone washing the toilet until tomorrow or delegate your husband :-D.
PS All the listed ingredients can be purchased in pharmacies with the exception of the CALIER SPA elixir : products with such a composition cannot be sold in many outlets. At CALIER SPA you can find all the special ones.
